Since it's the end of the year and everyone's having their staff retreats, here are some ideas for your teambuilding/teambonding games. A very important thing to take note of is that a great teambuilding programme consist of physical and non physical activities as not everyone might be comfortable with activities that require too much physical prowess:1.) Scavenger Hunt
One of the easiest game to organize; few logistics, can take up a decent amount of time and great fun for everyone(any age group)! Just provide an identical list of items to each team and provide as many of the items as they can within a specified period of time (45 mins-1 hour is just about right). Make the list unique and challenging(have them search for an origami bird, tickets to a specific movie, strands of pink hair etc).2.) Sandwich making
3.) Sandcastle building
4.) Charity programme
What better way to spend a retreat than to simultaneously make others feel happy as well! Bring your team to a nearby chidren's home and have each team perform for them! At the end, everyone could have a little fun by making little gifts for them(e.g bookmark, keychain or just a simple card).
5.) Wellness theme
You could have some talks and workshops on wellness such as laughter therapy, stress management and eye care. And have enjoyable fringe activities such as a massage booth, nail artists and balloon sculptors to make the event as colourful as can be!
